1. Coin Purchases

Coins purchased on KCET Assist are digital credits used to access premium features. All coin purchases are final and non-refundable once the coins have been used or credited to your account.

2. Refund Exceptions

We may issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical failure where coins were deducted but the service was not delivered
  • Duplicate payment made accidentally
  • Unauthorized transaction reported within 24 hours

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via WhatsApp or email at support@kcetassist.com with your transaction details. We will review your request within 3-5 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refund method will match the original payment method where possible.
